Digital Marketing Manager
General Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive reach and engagement for HOGC's digital platforms and campaigns
Plan and roll out integrated digital marketing plan with a sense of creativity and consumer-led insights.
Measure, report performance and implement improvements to digital platforms and marketing campaigns
Research and propose strategies to expand the reach and impact of HOGC’s digital content
Manage project and campaign timelines
Must-haves:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a digital, marketing or communications role
Understanding of marketing principles, such as audience segmentation, A/B testing, messaging, positioning, and brand strategy
Working knowledge of SEM, social advertising and Google Analytics.
A drive for testing and learning. You've able to use data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Nice-to-haves:
Basic design skills and principles
Strong writing skills
