Digital Marketing Manager 

General Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive reach and engagement for HOGC's digital platforms and campaigns

  • Plan and roll out integrated digital marketing plan with a sense of creativity and consumer-led insights.

  • Measure, report performance and implement improvements to digital platforms and marketing campaigns

  • Research and propose strategies to expand the reach and impact of HOGC’s digital content

  • Manage project and campaign timelines

Must-haves:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a digital, marketing or communications role

  • Understanding of marketing principles, such as audience segmentation, A/B testing, messaging, positioning, and brand strategy

  • Working knowledge of SEM, social advertising and Google Analytics.

  • A drive for testing and learning. You've able to use data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic design skills and principles

  • Strong writing skills
