Accounts Manager

Full-Time (1 Year Initial Contract)

We welcome you to the accounts department, where everybody counts!

You will:

  • Generate detailed income & expense reports

  • Analyse trends in the reports

  • Manage budgets of HOGC and administrate with the various budget owners

  • Administrate expenses payable on time

  • Train volunteers with the processes

  • Effectively leverage multiple technologies to make processes easier and more efficient

Must-Haves:

  • A degree in accounting, finance or business, with 2-3 years of experience in accounts

  • An individual with a high degree of personal and professional integrity

  • A problem solver and a critical thinker who enjoys financial analysis

  • Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management

  • Known for their excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Naturally self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Love working as a team

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate with at least 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting

  • You’re familiar with Netsuite

  • You make to-do lists just to check things off
