Project Manager

General Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritise, preempt for every aspect of a project

  • Improve systems and processes to maximise efficiency and productivity

  • Communicate and coordinate across different departments and the leadership team in church

  • Create and manage timelines that achieves the vision of the project

  • Any other role that the team requires!

Must-Haves

  • Highly driven, dependable and self-motivated

  • Exceptionally organized

  • Highly administrative and detailed, while also able to understand the “big picture”

  • Great at time management and able to work under pressure

  • Both task and people-oriented

Nice-to-haves

  • Experienced in project management, process and system improvement
