Digital Marketing Manager

Full-Time Position (1 Year Initial Contract)

You will be:

  • Identifying the best strategies for HOGC's digital presence
  • Planning and executing integrated digital marketing plans, including but not limited to search, SEO/SEM, email, social media campaigns to promote the most important message that people need to hear
  • Defining, measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Leveraging communication strategies focused on community engagement and conversion
  • Guiding content creation across a variety of platforms and communication channels including but not limited to social media, email, blog posts
  • Creating relevant online touchpoints and leading existing community groups on social media to build and expand an active online community
  • Expanding the reach and influence of our HOGC digital content


  • At least 2-3 years of relevant digital marketing work experience
  • Passionate about web-based marketing strategies, social media, blogging
  • Experience with popular social networks (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube), including design, functionality, users
  • Experience with content strategies; very high attention to detail
  • High level of time management & ability to work under pressure
  • Independent, entrepreneurial self-starter but also a team player
  • Proactive in developing in-the-moment content for IGTV, Instagram Stories, Twitter, and platforms that don’t even exist yet


  • You have experience managing a team (and you love doing so!)
  • You have incredible CSS and HTML skills
  • Experience in data dashboards, Google Analytics
  • Constantly learning and honing your craft, staying aware of the latest design trends, and innovating the newest ways to use them to their fullest potential
